Gov speaking

Covering a press conference at the Capitol on liquor law reform.  Lawmakers are getting rid of the private club requirement and aiming to take bars out of restaurants.  You'll still be able to order a drink at a restaurant but they want bars to be bars and restaurants to be restaurants.  At least we won't have to explain to visitors what the heck a "private club" is anymore.
